Both. One property is €99 a year or €9.99 billed monthly. Extra properties are priced per year and discounted as you add them.
Is there a setup fee?
No. Setup is free if you do it yourself, and optional at €149 per location if you would rather we did.
How many guests can use it?
As many as you have. You pay per property, never per guest.
I manage many listings.
Each extra location is discounted automatically, and content can be duplicated between properties. Above a hundred, ask for a quote.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from the portal: User, then Cancel subscription. No contract, no exit fee.
