Below is the help summary of all help sections:

CONTENTS

Welcome to the content help section, where you can enrich your app with various materials.

Utilize the prime location buttons along the top to designate where your new content will appear.

To create a new category, simply click on “ADD NEW” located at the top left corner.

Edit existing categories by selecting the respective icons on the far right of each item.

CONTENT MAIN PAGE

Within this section, you can define the name and prime location of your category and include the thumbnail image.

Optionally, you can customize the category name’s color or add a floating button. Please ensure that any URLs attached to floating buttons begin with https:// for proper functionality. (e.g., https://www.google.com)

The “Publish” option is checked by default. You can uncheck it if you wish to temporarily remove the category from the app without deleting it.

Recommendation: For optimal performance, we recommend keeping thumbnail image sizes under 0.5 MB to ensure efficient loading times, particularly on networks with lower Wi-Fi bandwidth.

Should you need to resize your images, you can easily do so using your computer’s built-in tools or search online image resizing tools for bulk size adjustment.

For Windows Users:
1. Open your image.
2. Click on the three dots icon at the top of the image window.
3. Select “resize Image” and adjust as needed. The image’s file size will be displayed at the bottom of the resize window.
4. Save your changes.

For macOS Users:
1. Open your image in Preview mode.
2. Locate the Markup icon in the top menu bar of the Preview window (the icon may be hidden behind the “>>” for narrow images).
3. In Markup mode, click on the “Adjust Size” icon.
4. Set your desired image dimensions in the pop-up window. The file size will be shown at the bottom.
5. Save your changes.

CONTENT EDITING PAGE

Add or edit the actual content within your chosen category.

You can incorporate various elements such as text, headers of different sizes, quotes, lists, hyperlinks, images, and videos.

Adding images: click on the image icon in the toolbar or copy and paste directly into the content field. Be aware that in both cases, the image will appear at your cursor location in the content field.

Remember to include hyperlinks wherever possible to direct your guests to additional information sources. As with the floating button, ensure that all links begin with https://.

Create engaging galleries within your content pages by adding multiple images. Simply click on the “Add image” bar to include as many images as you desire.

LOCATION MAIN PAGE

Manage your property locations efficiently.

If you have a multi-unit subscription, you can easily add a new property by clicking on the “Add location” button at the top left.

Editing and deleting existing locations can be done using the icons conveniently located on the right side.

Copy the QR code and SmartLink for easy forwarding to your clients or for the printout.

Edit / input the name of your rental property (title) and the city or district name (subtitle).

You also have the option to upload an icon that will be displayed alongside the booking on the app interface.
